Turkey Breast and Mushroom Sauce – Bone Broth Diet. Scrolling for a low-cal and low-carb dish to make for dinner, I came across this one at the Taste of Home page. I have to say this was one of the easiest and quickest recipes I’ve made for dinner – under 30 minutes to prep, cook, and serve. It’s low in calories and carbs, and just perfect for the bone broth diet or if you’re counting carbs.

Turkey Breast and Mushroom Sauce Recipe
Makes 2 servings – 255 calories, 15g carbs
INGREDIENTS1
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 tbl Coconut Oil
1/2 pound boneless skinless Turkey breast, cut into 2-inch strips
3/4 c Bone Beef broth (recipe)
1 tbl tomato paste
2 c Mushrooms, sliced
1/8 tsp alt
1 c Peas
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the coconut oil and then saute garlic until tender. Add in the turkey and cook until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm. Add the broth, tomato paste, mushrooms and salt to skillet; cook for 3-5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally. Return turkey to the pan and heat through.
