Simple Post Workout Smoothie with Muscle Restore HMB Formula and Vitamin D3
Tasty Post Workout Smoothie – not going to lie. This post workout smoothie is my favorite one so far. Super delish and perfect to help speed recovery after a workout. NOTE – definitely add the scoop of Cacao and Reishi Mushroom Powder as it gives this smoothie a peanut butter taste.
So today’s beverage, the Tasty Post Workout Smoothie, is so simple to make. The recipe base includes fruits that are rich in Vitamins A and C, Vitamins B, Vitamins D and D3, Omega-3 fatty acids, Zinc, and Calcium – all of which are essential to help your muscles heal after a workout. And a Muscle Strength and Restore supplement (made with HMB, which is essential for sore muscles) along with a Vitamin D3 capsule.
Feel free to build with your additives of choice, making sure they target muscle recovery. I’ll be adding a scoop of Cacao and Reishi Mushroom Powder to mine for that little extra boost. Blend altogether and you’ve got yourself one powerhouse of a smoothie that will help improve exercise adaptations, muscle recovery, and reduced muscle loss.

Tasty Post Workout Smoothie
Makes 1 large Serving
Ingredients
1 frozen Banana
1/2 to 1 c frozen Pineapple
1/2 c frozen Cherries (pitted)
1/2 c Greek Yogurt (Fage)
1 to 1-1/2 c Hemp Milk (or Coconut water/milk, Almond Milk, Oat Milk)
1 scoop HMB Supplement Powder
1 gelcap Vitamin D3
1 scoop of Cacao and Reishi Powder (optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice for your desired smoothie consistency. (you can add 1 cup of either Oat Milk or Hemp Milk)
