Superfood Smoothie with Kale, Pear, and Banana. Man, I just love it when my son surprises me with a midafternoon Superfood Smoothie with Kale and Frozen Fruit. Especially when it serves as a much-needed pick-me-up for my upcoming 10-hour shift at work. Plus, I gotta warn ya – it’s got a bit of a bite, which makes this smoothie all the more yummier !!
There are a couple of ingredients, Turmeric and Chaga Mushroom Powder, that you can eliminate if you don’t have them on hand. But if they’re in your pantry, add them to the smoothie because you’ll definitely get a bang for your buck.

Superfood Smoothie with Kale, Pear, and Banana
Makes one (10oz) tall glass
Ingredients
Kale, handful
1 Pear
1 Banana
1/2 c Strawberries
3/4 c Oat Milk
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbls Chaga Mushroom Powder
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice for your desired smoothie consistency.
