Ingredients
2 lrg frozen Bananas, peeled
1 1/2 c Spinach
1/2 large Apple
1 c Strawberries
1/2 c Almond Milk
1 tbls ground Flaxseed
Ice (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired.
This smoothie looks very refreshing! I like the added flaxseed!
