Ingredients
8-10 medium Strawberries
1 Banana
1 Apple
1/2 c Coconut Milk
1 tsp Coconut Oil (preferably MCT oil)
1/2 tsp ground Ginger
3-4 Mint Leaves, chopped

Instructions
Place all in a blender and blend thoroughly. Add ice for the desired consistency
