Ingredients
Handful of Spinach
1 Banana, frozen
1 c chopped Pineapple
1 Kiwi
1 Plum or 1/4 c chopped Raisins
1 tbls Coconut Oil or MCT Oil (preferably)
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1/4 c Water
Ice/optional
Instructions
Blend spinach and water first, then add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, add ice for a thicker smoothie consistency.
