Smoothie Of The Day | Pretty In Pink.  His and Her Smoothie Of The Day for Thirsty Thursday, which I’m calling “Pretty in Pink”. Another good one with ingredients that are high on the good health and nutrients list and yummy too. So check it out, blend one together, and enjoy 🙂 but just make sure to drink it slowly, because just like those infamous Slurpies – it will give you a brain freeze.

Pretty In Pink Smoothie Of the DayThe ingredients were doubled with this one because once again, my hubby wanted one as well.

Pretty In Pink Smoothie Ingredients:

1 cup Strawberries (frozen)
1 cup Pineapple
1 whole ripe Banana
1 scoop Protein Powder
1 cup Coconut Water
handful of Ice (depends on how thick you want your smoothie)

Blend it all together and viola. Check out the health benefits of this drink:
