INGREDIENTS
2 meaty Tomatoes, chopped
1 c fresh Spinach leaves
½ Cucumber, peeled and chopped
½ Avocado, peeled and pitted
1 tsp ground Ginger
1 tbls Chia seeds (preferred soaked)
1 scoop Collagen Peptides Powder
½ Lemon, Juiced
1 c Coconut water or filtered water
Ice cubes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the tomato, spinach, cucumber, avocado, soaked chia seeds, lemon juice, ginger, collagen peptides, and coconut water to a blender. If you prefer a slightly sweeter taste, add a couple drops of Stevia liquid. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more coconut water if needed.
