Detox and Lose Weight with this Chicken Detox Soup
Chicken Detox Weight Loss Soup

DETOX SOUP – 12 servings

INGREDIENTS
92 oz’s  bone broth
3 lbs grass-fed beef, turkey, or chicken (can be ground or chopped, can omit and double the beans if vegetarian)
2 large onion, chopped
2 chopped zucchini
1 cup chopped daikon radish
1 tbls minced garlic
2 – 15 oz of canned pinto, garbanzo or black beans, rinsed and drained
2 14 oz canned organic crushed tomatoes
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbls chili powder
2 tsp turmeric
1/2 cup each fresh cilantro and parsley leaves, chopped

DIRECTIONS
In large soup pot, brown meat.  Add and saute onion, zucchini and daikon radish until tender, approx 5 minutes.  Stir in remaining ingredients except herbs, cover and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Add herbs and simmer 5 minutes more.

Keeps in refrigerator up to 3 days or freeze it too .
