Makes 1 large Serving
Ingredients
1/2 c froze Strawberries
1/2 c frozen Blueberries
1 whole frozen Banana
2/3 c Greek Yogurt (Fage)
1 1/2 tbls Almond Butter
1 1/2 tsp Cacao Powder (with Reishi Mushroom is best)
3/4 c Hemp Milk
1 scoop HMB Supplement Powder
1 gelcap Vitamin D3
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice for your desired smoothie consistency. (you can add 1 cup of either Oat Milk or Hemp Milk)
