Ingredients
1-1/2 c frozen Pineapple
1 c Greens (Spinach or Kale)
1/2 c Greek Yogurt (Fage)
3/4 c Hemp Milk (can use Coconut, Almond, Oat)
1 tsp Turmeric
1 scoop HMB Supplement Powder
