Makes two 12 oz glasses
Ingredients
1 fresh Pineapple round, 1″ thick
1/2 to 1 whole Peach
1 ripe Banana
1 scoop Protein Powder
1 tbls MCT Oil
3/4 c Greek Yogurt
3/4 c Oat Milk
Instructions
