INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 c Pineapple chunks, frozen
1/2 c Berries (choose: Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry)
1 Banana
1 c Coconut Water or plain filtered water
1 c Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Turmeric
1″ Ginger (shaved or finely chopped)
1 tbls ground Flaxseed

INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency
