PINEAPPLE, BANANA, AVOCADO SMOOTHIE |Thirsty Thursday Pina Vocado. Today’s Thirsty Thursday drink is a smoothie that I’m calling “Piña Vocado” (ok, so I can’t take credit for the name, but the ingredients are definitely a blend of my own). This Pineapple, Avocado, and Banana Smoothie also includes an Orange, Coconut Water, and Protein Powder – a mix of healthy ingredients that have fantastic health benefits for you. But check it out – its good on the eyes, full of nutrients, and so so yummy for the tummy. Blend this puppy up and enjoy 🙂

Piña Vocado Smoothie Ingredients:
2 whole fresh Pineapple rounds (not canned)
1 whole Banana
1 whole Avocado
1 Whole Orange
1 cup Coconut Water
1 scoop Visalus Powder
handful of Ice (depends on how thick you want your smoothie)
