Mrs. Claus’s OC Bubbly Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbs pomegranate juice
- 1 tbs St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 cup Champagne
- orange slice and rosemary sprig
DIRECTIONS
Add 1 cup of ice cubes to a glass and set aside. In ice filled shaker, add the pomegranate juice and St. Germain elderflower liqueur. Cover and gently shake. Strain into a glass and top with the Champagne. Garnish with the orange slice or rosemary if you’d like.
