I hear ya – I too have started up my workout program and this energy smoothie just nails it.
I love mocha coffee but I never thought Mocha can be paired with protein powder. I would like to make own version of this since I want to gain muscles.

I have not – the hubs is a big fan of walnuts so that’s basically the nut we always have in our pantry.
