Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie
Makes two 8 oz glasses
Ingredients
2 c frozen Organic Four Berry Blend (Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries)
1 Banana
1 c Greek Yogurt
1 handful Cashews
1 scoop Protein Powder
3/4 c Cashew Milk
Instructions
Add the ingredients in the order of the ingredient list above, to your blender and give it a good couple of whirls, Should be thick enough if frozen berries are used. If not, add ice cubes until your desired thickness is reached.
