Is it OK to drink Matcha on an empty stomach?

Ingredients
1/2 cup packed baby spinach
2 tbls water
1 large frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 tsp matcha green tea powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbls each of:  ground flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds
1 1/4 cup almond milk

Instructions
Add spinach and water to blender and puree.  Then add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.  Add additional milk or ice if desired and then drink up !! Pretty good eh?
