Low-Carb Low-Cal Baked Salmon. The Mounjaro diet meal plan is designed to complement the effects of Mounjaro (tirzepatide) by providing nutrient-dense, low-carb, and high-protein meals that support weight loss, stable blood sugar levels, and sustained energy throughout the day. Baked Salmon with Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Steamed Broccoli
Baked Salmon with Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Steamed Broccoli

INGREDIENTS
For the Salmon:
2 (4-5 oz) salmon fillets
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
For the Roasted Sweet Potatoes:
1 small sweet potato, peeled and diced into small cubes
½ tsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cinnamon (optional for extra flavor)
For the Steamed Broccoli:
1½ cups broccoli florets
½ tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt and black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
For the Roasted Sweet Potatoes preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cinnamon. Spread the sweet potatoes evenly on one side of the baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and tender.

Prepare the salmon by first lining another baking sheet with parchment paper (or use the same one if space allows). Place the salmon fillets on the sheet and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this seasoning mixture over the salmon fillets. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Steaming the broccoli while the salmon is baking, bring a pot with about 1 inch of water to a boil. Place the broccoli in a steamer basket and steam for 5-7 minutes, until bright green and tender. Season with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish the salmon with fresh parsley and serve with a lemon wedge.
For an extra low-carb version, swap sweet potatoes for roasted cauliflower or zucchini.
Add a drizzle of Greek yogurt sauce (with lemon and garlic) for extra flavor.
