Ingredients
1 c Spinach, chopped
1 Kiwi, peeled or not (your preference)
1/2 c Almond Milk, plain unsweetened
1/2 c plain unsweetened Kefir (or Greek Yogurt)
1/2 Banana, frozen
1 tsp fresh Mint, chopped
1 tbls Chaga Powder for an extra boost (optional)
Instructions
Toss all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Add ice (totally optional) for a thicker consistency.
