INGREDIENTS
2 Kale leaves, chopped
1 Banana, ripe
3/4 c Coconut Milk
1/4 c Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Ginger, peeled and grated
1/2 c Avocado
2 Dates – chopped
Ice / optional
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except ice, to your blender and thoroughly blend. Add ice for a smoothie consistency
