Ingredients
2 handfuls of Spinach
1/2 Avocado
1/2-1 c Cherries, pitted
1 medium Apple
1/3 c Parsley
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 c Water
Ice (optional)

Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency
