CUCUMBERS – an excellent source of vitamin K, which is important for blood clotting, building bone strength & protecting against hear disease

WATERMELON – although it contains mostly water, it is a good source of antioxidant Vitamins A & C

POPCORN –  is a whole grain, meaning it contains all the fiber from bran in addition to a bunch of vitamins and nutrients.  What’s great about popcorn is its high fiber content, which keeps you feeling full.

  • Oh I’m saving this post! Still releasing lockdown weight and healthy snacks are a huge struggle. I’m bored with chomping carrots…Not too sure about kale though? Lol!

  • This is a great list! I would love to have healthier choices for snacks. Watermelon, popcorn, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes sounds delicious. Will add this to our grocery list.
