Ingredients
1/4 c Almond Milk
1/4 c brewed Chai Tea
1/2 scoop Protein Powder
1/2 frozen Banana
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbls Oats
handful Mixed Berries for garnish or to blend in
Ice (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency. Add ice if desired
