6-8 Lettuce leaves
1/2 Lime without the skin
1 c Alfalfa Sprouts
20 drops of Grape Seed Extract
1/2 c Water
Ice

Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and lend until smooth. Add ice for smoothie texture.
