Energizing Green Grape Smoothie with Avocado

Healthy Avocado Grape Smoothie.  Quick and easy, full of vitamins and nutrients, and oh so tasty. And the ripe banana gave it just the right amount of sweetness. You can add either a scoop of LiveGood Organic Super Greens to the mix (which I did), a scoop of Spirulina, or a scoop of Organic Greens Superfood Blend to make this delicious energy smoothie.

Just a suggestion – I would definitely keep with a green powder because wow – check out the dark green color of this smoothie !! And now just imagine the nutritional value this one drink has.

ENERGIZING GREEN GRAPE SMOOTHIE WITH AVOCADO

Healthy Avocado Grape Smoothie
Makes two 12 oz glasses

Energizing Green Grape Smoothie with Avocado

INGREDIENTS
1 c Green Grapes
1/2 Avocado
1 full C of Greens (Kale, Spinach, Lettuce)
1 ripe Banana
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1 scoop or tbls LiveGood Organic Super Greens Supplement (or green supplement of your choice)
1 c Almond Milk

INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender and give it a good whirl. No need to add ice as this smoothie has a nice thickness to it.
