Gut Healing Pineapple Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup ripe pineapple, chopped
1/2 cup ripe peach, chopped
1 small banana
1 tsp flax seeds
1 small carrot, chopped
2 medjool dates, chopped
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed and smooth. Add ice for your desired smoothie consistency. Drink up and enjoy
