This smoothie is filled with vitamins and nutrients, and only 5 ingredients to get you going in the morning – red grapes, pineapple, yogurt, cacao / reishi powder, and my latest discovery – Chia non-dairy beverage. Just give these 5 ingredients a whirl in your blender and viola – 2 servings of one delicious Smoothie with Grapes and Pineapple.

INGREDIENT BENEFITS
Grapes – have a high skin-to-flesh ratio, which means that they are rich in fiber, provides your liver with enzymes that help in liver detoxification

Grape Smoothie Recipe
Makes two 12 oz glasses
INGREDIENTS
2 c red Grapes
1 fresh Pineapple round 1″ thick, frozen
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1 c Chia non-dairy beverage
1 tbls Cacao-Reishi Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all 5 ingredients to your blender and give it a good whirl. Add ice for a thicker consistency
