Grape and Blueberry Smoothie

Energy Smoothie Red Grapes, Blueberries, and Chaga
Grape and Blueberry Smoothie. I was feeling a bit sluggish this afternoon as I wasn’t able to take my usual afternoon nap, so I needed a quick smoothie to give me some needed energy before heading off to work. After doing a quick look to see what I had in the fridge and pantry, I came up with this delicious gem – and Energy Smoothie with Red Grapes, Blueberries, and Chaga.
Gotta tell ya – this Grape and Blueberry Smoothie was super delish and sweet, and definitely did the trick. And I’m convinced the secret to this energy booster is the combination of these 3 ingredients – Honey, Peanut Butter, and Chaga Mushroom Powder.
So if you got a few minutes and happen to have these ingredients in your pantry, fridge, or freezer, I highly suggest you try this Grape and Blueberry Smoothie. It definitely won’t disappoint you. Enjoy 🙂
