INGREDIENTS
1/2 Banana
1 c Arugula
3/4 c Bone Broth
1 tbls Ghee
1 tbls Chia Seeds
1 scoop Collagen Peptides
1 tbls Reishi Mushroom Powder
Ice cubes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all the ingredients to your blender and give it a good whirl until fully mixed together. If the smoothy is too thick, add more coconut water; if it’s too thin, add some ice cubes.
