Fat Burning Bone Broth Diet YES FOODS
Bone Broth Diet YES and NO Foods – Complete PDF List
Fat Burning Bone Broth Diet YES FOODS. These foods are allowed for a reason. They’re low in carbohydrates, many are lipotropic, they provide healthy fats that nourish your body and skin, they sweep your cells clean of toxins, they regulate your hormones, and they lower inflammation. Pretty exciting stuff knowing there are foods that will melt fat off you, erase wrinkles from your face, and make you feel younger and more energetic.
And I’ll be real with you, the YES FOODS ARE ALL DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY FOODS and I eat them all the time. So this diet won’t be as harsh on me as it might be for others, outside of the fasting twice a week. But for anyone sitting on the fence right about now, all I can say is just try it for 21 days … 3 weeks … that’s not long at all.
FAT BURNING BONE BROTH DIET YES FOODS
You will eat meats, fish, vegetables galore, fruits, nuts, seeds, fermented foods, and condiments like salsa, herbs, and spices to give your meals a kick. All this 5 days a week for the next 3 weeks. You know I’m not handing you a bunch of bull as you’ve seen first hand all the yummy foods I’ve been making over these past few days. And there’s more to come – the menus only gets better !!
So get the list below, print it out and carry it with you when you go shopping. Eventually they will become second nature to your daily meals and you won’t think twice about buying and cooking them up.
Now that you know what’s allowed, let’s talk about the ones you’ll be eliminating from your diet for the next 21 days – and the list is long. However, after 21 days you’ll be glad you did because the end results will absolutely amaze you.
THE “NO” FOODS TO ELIMINATE FOR THE NEXT 21 DAYS
Trust me – you’re not going to miss the chips and cookies, corn and rice, cheese and milk, beans and lentils, anything with added sugar or artificial ingredients, and of course packaged processed foods and processed meats. And if you get a craving for one, drink a cup of warm bone broth or chomp on some fruit or raw veggies. Surprisingly this really does work as I’m a big carb eater myself. I love my breads, pasta, and chips. But the cravings for any of those haven’t happened yet.
Clip this list on your fridge as a reminder and hopefully when the 3 weeks are up, you’ll no longer need it as you’ll have removed the NO FOODS from your diet completely !!
