Energy Boosting Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Banana
1 c Blueberries
2 Dates, Chopped
1 tbls Flaxseed
1 c Matcha tea (see below how to make)
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
Ice/optional
Instructions
First make your Matcha tea. Take 1/4 tsp Matcha Powder and whisk it into 8 ounces of hot water until foamy. Once cooled place matcha tea, fruits and seeds into your blender and blend all together until smooth. Then add the yogurt and blend well. Add ice for a desired smoothie consistency.
