Ingredients
1/4 c Rolled Oats
1/4 c Water
1/2 c Coconut Milk
1 Pear, cored
1 Banana, frozen
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Pinch of Turmeric
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 pitted Date, chopped
Ice/optional
Instructions
Cook the oats and water in the microwave for 2 minutes. Once cooled combine the remaining ingredients and blend at high speed in a blender. Add ice if desired. Serve at once.
