DIET PLANS – If you’re looking to lose some pounds, whether it be 10 or 50, here are some of the diets that I’ve personally tried and have had success with.

First one being:

SIMPLY PUT – CARB CYCLING IS WHEN YOU ALTERNATE LOW AND HIGH DAYS WITH YOUR CARB INTAKE:

Cycle one/day one is a LOW CARB DAY which is where you increase your healthy fat intake AND DO A LOW KEY WORKOUT.  Cycle two/day two, the day after a low carb day, you increase to a moderate HIGH CARB DAY, which will reignite your metabolism AND WILL ENABLE YOU TO DO A MORE VIGOROUS WORKOUT.  Cycle three/day 3 is simply repeating with a LOW CARB DAY, next with a HIGH CARB DAY, etc etc

I actually went on this carb cycle diet for two weeks and have attached my PDF meal plans for you all to check out.  Makes your going on this diet a little easier when everything is laid out in front of you.

And after testing a variety of diet pills and formulas, he came up with a mix of supplements to be taken while following a healthy diet plan  The diet includes a “miracle diet pill formula” that combines several supplements that can create a chemical reaction making each substance up to 10 times more powerful. It’s a mix of garlic, green tea and sugarcane extracts, plus alpha lipoic acid (ALA) an antioxidant that occurs naturally in most food.

WHY GO WHEAT AND GLUTEN FREE?

Because wheat is found in breads, cereals, pastas, crackers, pretzels and more, we also end up with chronically elevated blood sugar, which in turn spikes the fat storage hormone “insulin”. High blood sugar also causes a type of chronic internal inflammation which is linked to obesity, fatigue, and memory issues.
