1 small Red Beet, peeled and diced
1 c Pineapple chunks, preferable frozen
1 c Strawberries, frozen
1/2 Avocado
1 c Spinach
1 tbls Coconut Oil or MCT Oil
1 tbls Lemon juice, fresh
1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
1/2 – 1 c Water
Ice / optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired
