CITRUS COLD RECOVERY SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Citrus Cold Recovery

2 Servings

Ingredients
1 c Coconut Water
2 Oranges, peeled
2 c Pineapple, chopped
¼ c Beets, peeled and cubed
2 c green Cabbage
Juice of ½ lemon
2 tblp Flaxseed oil
1 tbls Reishi Powder
Ice / optional

Instructions
Place all ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add ice and blend again. If you’re not using a high speed blender, steam the beets and cabbage first, but for no longer than 10 minutes. Then add them to your smoothie ingredients and blend.
