Breakfast Smoothies – Ready in Minutes
Breakfast Smoothies – Only 5 Minutes to Make. If you’re big on smoothies, then you can imagine how passionate I am about making these delicious drinks for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and yes – even dinner. And as long as you add the right ingredients to the mix, then you too can have a smoothie anytime of the day or for whatever reason or concern you may have.
Need some Energy? Add an apple, banana, or spinach, along with supplements like matcha or chaga. Having Gut Issues? Include Kiwi or Raspberries to your blend, along with Greek Yogurt or Flaxseed. Want to ease Inflammation? Mix in Strawberries or Pineapple, along with Turmeric or Ginger.
But you’re here for Breakfast Smoothies – Only 5 Minutes to Make. So let me show you some delicious blends that can be made in just that – 5 minutes !!
Pre-cut, Bag, and Freeze
Let me first say, the secret to making smoothies in 5 minutes is to have all your fruits pre-cut, bagged, and stored in the freezer, unless of course you’re a samurai with knives. Then just go for it.
But for the rest of us, who seem to always be rushed for time and need to have their “breakfast on the go”, then prep your fruit. This way they’re always ready when you need them PLUS they’ll give you that extra thickness. Fruits like berries, banana’s, mango, and pineapples all get put in my freezer. Other fruits like apples, pears, plums, and grapes I’ll store in the fridge. They’re easy breezy to rinse and cut when needed.
And when it comes to vegetables like the leafy greens – seriously how much time does it take to rinse and rip? None. So just keep them fresh in the fridge.
So here you go. Just click on the links and see for yourself how easy they are to make – and all within 5 minutes. Enjoy and bottom up 🙂

I love the idea of having everything pre-cut, bagged, and frozen. It’s a real time-saver, especially on those busy mornings when every minute counts. And having frozen fruits on hand gives that extra thickness to the smoothies – it’s like having your own instant smoothie stash.
