Day 4 – Strawberry Smoothie and Leftover Jambalaya
Bone Broth Diet For Weight Loss. So today is day 4 of the Bone Broth Diet and I’m feeling pretty lazy about cooking any meals and to be perfectly honest, don’t really feel much like eating either. So to keep it light and easy, I whipped up a Strawberry Smoothie for breakfast, nibbled on fruit for lunch along with a warm cup of bone broth, had leftover Louisiana Creole Jambalaya for dinner, and then finished off with a cup of warm Chicken Bone Broth for my night snack.
And just a side note here – seeing I should be eating by the book and cooking up the suggested diet recipes, I will post what I’m eating daily and then at the end of the 7 days follow up with a suggested menu for the week. I don’t want to mislead anyone here and make you all feel like you have to follow my bad eating habits.
Day 4 Menu
* Breakfast – Strawberry Smoothie
* Lunch – bowl of fruit with 1 c warm Chicken Bone Broth
* Dinner – Louisiana Creole Jambalaya
* Snack – 1 c warm Chicken Bone Broth

Low Carb Bone Broth Diet – 21 Days to Lose Weight
Strawberry Smoothie
makes ONE 10oz serving – 146 Calories (add 30 more for Collagen Peptides) and 21 g Carbs
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop Collagen Peptides (add 30 calories)
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
Handful of fresh or frozen strawberries, about 1 cup
½ to 1 teaspoon pure Vanilla extract
