Blueberry Banana Spinach Smoothie Recipe
Makes one 16 oz glass
Ingredients
2 Pineapple rounds, sliced
1 Banana
1 handful Blueberries
1 handful Spinach
2 tbls Almond Butter
1 tsp Hemp Seeds
1 tsp Flax Seeds
1/2 c Almond Milk
water to thin out to your desired consistency
Directions
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. If it’s too thick for your liking, just add a little water and blend again.
