Ingredients
2 handfuls frozen Blueberries
1 frozen Banana
1/2 c sliced Strawberries
1/2 c Greek Yogurt (Fage)
1/2 c Hemp Milk (or Coconut water/milk, Almond Milk, Oat Milk)
1 scoop HMB Supplement Powder
1 gelcap Vitamin D3
1 scoop of Chaga Mushroom Powder
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice for your desired smoothie consistency. (you can add 1 cup of either Oat, Coconut, or Almond Milk)
