INGREDIENTS
2 Bananas, frozen
½ c Greek Yogurt
½ c Coconut Milk
½ tsp Turmeric
2 tbls Lemon juice
½ tsp ground Cloves
1 tsp MCT Oil
½ tsp Ginger
1½ tbls Honey, for a little sweetness
Ice – optional
Mint – optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add ice and blend again. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
