Ingredients
8 oz. low fat Kefir
1 cup Berries of your choice
1/2 tbl Ginger, nub finely chopped
1 tbls Flaxseed
1 tbls Coconut Oil, preferably MCT oil
Ice/optional

Instructions
Run all the ingredients through your blender until smooth. Add ice if desired.
