Clear Skin with a Sweet Kale Smoothie

Clear Skin Smoothie – Pomegranate, Raspberries, and Mango . Smoothies are one of the easiest and quickest ways to deliver nutrients, vitamins, and anti-oxidants to the body, which are essential in preventing the growth of acne causing bacteria. Consume an acne fighting smoothie once or twice a day, and you’ll build healthy and very resistant skin cells that won’t allow acne to form.

GREEN – consist of phyto-nutrients, micro-nutrients and vitamins, which will enhance red blood cells to deliver a consistent flow of nutrition to your skin surface.

Ingredients
1 cup of Kale, chopped
1/2 Avocado
1 c Greek Yogurt
½ of Cucumber
1 c Blackberries
½ c of Orange
1-2 tsp Honey
Ice

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice for your desired consistency
