4 pitted Dates
1/2 c plain Kefir
1/2 tbls Hemp hearts
1 tbls Chia seeds
1 c Blueberries
6-8 Strawberries
1 tbls Coconut oil
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Ice (optional)

Instructions
Place all in a blender and blend thoroughly. Add ice for a desired consistency
