Ingredients

1 c Pineapple – chopped (81 calories)
1 frozen Banana (106 calories)
1 Orange, peeled (62 calories)
1/2 c low-fat Greek Yogurt (60 calories)
1/2 c unsweetened Almond Milk (20 calories)
1/2 c Coconut Water – optional (22 calories)

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add coconut water if smoothie is too thick
