SORE THROAT RELIEF BANANA AND REISHI SMOOTHIE. Whether you’re sick with a cold or flu or are battling a sore throat, eating is pretty much one of the last things you feel like doing. But you must nourish your body to get well.

INGREDIENTS
1 Banana, frozen
½ c Almond milk
½ c Chamomile tea, chilled
1/2 tsp Reishi Mushroom Powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Honey
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add ice and blend again.
