Acne Cleanser Smoothie – Spinach, Avocado and Blueberries

Clear Skin Smoothie – Pomegranate, Raspberries, and Mango . 1 c Spinach
1 Avocado
1/2 c Blueberries
1 c Coconut Water
1/2 ground Walnuts
1 tbls Spirulina

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired
