1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Coconut Oil /preferably MCT Oil
1 tsp Reishi Mushroom Powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Ice/optional

INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Add ice for desired smoothness. Yummy !!
