Clear Acne with Greens and Pomegranate Smoothie
Clear Skin Smoothie – Pomegranate, Raspberries, and Mango . Smoothies are one of the easiest and quickest ways to deliver nutrients, vitamins, and anti-oxidants to the body, which are essential in preventing the growth of acne causing bacteria. Consume an acne fighting smoothie once or twice a day, and you’ll build healthy and very resistant skin cells that won’t allow acne to form.

1 c Blueberries
1 c each Kale AND Spinach
1 c Greek Yogurt
1 tbls Spirulina (optional)
Ice
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Add spirulina and ice if desired
