Ingredients
½ fresh or frozen Banana
½ cup fresh or frozen Pineapple chunks
½ Gala pr Fuji Apple, chopped
1 c Spinach
¾ cup Almond Milk
1 tbls Flaxseed
Ice/optional
Instructions
Blend the frozen banana slices and milk together in your blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. Add ice for your desired smoothie consistency
